DOG COLLARS

Suitable for all breeds. See size chart in detail:

XS, 6 to 10” long and ⅝” wide. Thin look. Reference breed: Chihuahua
S, 9 to 12” long and ⅝” wide. Thin look. Reference breed: Shih Tzu
M, 11 to 15” long and ¾ wide. Medium look. Reference breed: Corgi
L, 15 to 19” long and 1” wide. Thick look. Reference breed: Frenchie
XL, 17 to 21” long and 1” wide. Thick look. Reference breed: Husky

This collar is suitable for all breeds, such as Pomeranian, Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, French Bulldog, Goldendoodle, Pug, Huskies, Corgi, Maltese, Beagle, Boston Terrier, Cavalier King Charles, Boxer, Border Collie, Bull Terrier, Pitbull, Golden Doodle, Labrador, Poodle mix breeds, etc.

Shipping & Handling

We process and ship orders everyday from locations whithin the USA.

As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, setup, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for fulfillment within 1-3 days after the order is placed. 
  • Transit time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Depending on the shipping service you have selected, transit times take between 2 and 6 days from the time we ship until the time it arrives to your address. 

Shipping Complications (Applicable for orders within the USA)

Shipping Delays: You will receive an estimated delivery date as soon as you place your order. Keep in mind, that economy shipping with USPS (a.k.a. First Class Service) is not exact and you may experience delays. If you need your order by a certain specific date, we recommend you choose another service.

Lost Orders:
 We consider an order is lost if it has been in transit for more than 5 weeks. I this case, we will ship a replacement.
Delivery Errors: If your tracking information shows delivered and you have not received it, we suggest you contact the shipping company because your order may have been delivered  mistakenly to a location nearby.

Scan Delays: In rare occasions, orders will take 1 to 2 weeks to be scanned for the first time. If your order shows "shipping label created" when tracking, for longer than 5 days, please send us a note so that we place a trace on it.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you received your order and need to exchange it for a different size, order a Size Exchange Service avaliable at https://www.pawspawsmiami.com/products/exchange. The cost covers shipping both ways and a small setup fee.

Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are mispelled or defective. If you feel you need a replacement, send us an email at hello@pawspawsmiami.com. Is possible, include pictures of what you received. 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

The following items are non-returnable or exchangeable:

- Gift cards
- Engraved items such as name tags

We shoot for perfection but we're human after all.

We are an American business based in Miami, FL although most of our orders ship from Houston, TX.

We're dedicated and fun dog moms who love what we do. Whenever possible, please send pics with your reviews. They make our days.

Our Story

We started off at Miami's top destination, Bayside Marketplace, where we had the privilege of dressing up dogs, cats and piglets from all over the world.

In the fall of 2018 we stepped on the ecom world so that we could send sunshine infused outfits to our clients all year round!

In 2020, we went indoors like everyone else. We missed real life interactions with our customers but soon discovered real connections are possible online, too! We love customizing each order or writing gift messages. Reviews with customer pics make our days 😍😍

Sustainability

We minimize the use of plastic from our operation and completely eliminated it from our packaging.

We choose to work with vegan, cruelty-free leather because we find it more respectful of other animal species.

We choose cubic zirconia over rhinestones because we want to offer a product that is made to last.

We use compact packaging to minimize our foot print.

Through our partners, we offset 100% of carbon emissions from shipping on every delivery.
